Are you buying the rhetoric that we must "spend our way out of this recession"?

No this is Obama needing to pay out to states next year because many of the states are experiencing major tax revenue shortages. No taxes were generated because overall jobs have still declined. It'll be the same BS again in 2011 when states still aren't getting enough revenue. Eventually the inflation will kick in and then we'll be in real trouble.
