Cat meowing like in pain when picked up?

My cat is 6 months old and was spayed 2 weeks ago. The incision looks fine and is healing well. She yowls like she is in pain or angry whenever we pick her up and bites nearly every time we touch her. Normally she is very affectionate and loves being snuggled or held and she doesn't really SEEM sick or injured because she is running around the house and playing with toys as usual. Could it be a problem with her teeth because she is biting absolutely everything and everyone. Any suggestions on what it could be or how to help her?
