Green Tea and My Metabolism?

Actually had you're intentions been better, the act of not eating could be seen as a cleansing mechanism, lots of people fast for CLEANSING. and don't gain weight back, problem is you jumped into foods to fast,you should have started eating light. fruits at first, then gradually built up you're meal. As to you're question, I don't believe in metabolism. As food was scarce century's ago, people would go eating maybe twice a day, once a day, or days in between. Now, with all the chemicals, preservatives, ect., in food , it's ruined what was a great "eat to live" concept and turned it into "live to eat". and "Nutritionists/Scientist" try to throw a metabolism spin on it, which is total bullcrap. My opinion, exercise more. An hour walkis decent, but if you're having trouble losing weight, cardio cardio cardio. also, realize how much are you eating? maybe youre eating more than you think . Green Tea is decent next to water. Water is best though , i don't look at Tea as being that much of a difference. Look at you're Eating/exercise as a hole. keep hackin at it, any questions. message me. Good Luck .
