I need mental and physc help can you help me with suggestions?

Ok i am weird i have this thought in my head wear i want to be a baby again. I do wear adult diapers and have a baby bottle and pacifier and a onesie. I have no caregiver. This is taking over my life can you help give me sugesstions to my problem please i really need you advice.
