Can babies have pink eye AND a fever with it?

my daughter is 15 months old. about 4 days ago i had her weight checked and she was 19 pounds 15 ounces. today she weighed 19 pounds 5 ounces at the urgent care. hasnt wanted much to eat or drink and had a fever of 102 approximately. so my question is, can pink eye present itself with a fever or was that something separate?
