For people who live in Vegas?

I don't see how the unemployment rate is so high in Vegas. If you go to sites like jobbing or craigslist there are a ton of companys posting help wanted ads. Can someone please tell me why so many jobs are posted on the internet for vegas workers and your unemployment rate is suppost to be the worst in the nation?
