I'm trying to loose weight for free?
okay ,so right now it's in holidays. i am about 5 foot 4 and 110 pounds. bare in mind i can lift up to 80 + kgs and i am considered average. i am a girl and i mainly want to loose weight around my thighs and tummy (and !) any other girls might understand that. I just want some help. I feel very inactive, i hate chips but i eat them in heaping lots then get horrible tummy aches (i have one now), i eat ice cream by the box and same with soft drink, etc. i am average looking though if it weren't for my super fast metabolism i'd be obese - i rarely ever exercise or try. please help! XC
