What to put in a stress relieving kit?

My LDR boyfriend has been really stressed out lately, so I thought it'd be cute to mail him a stress relieving kit. So far I am going to put in a tea bag, a homemade crossword puzzle, homemade cookies, a small picture of myself, and a ticket for a mage the next time I see him. But I want to put more in to make it special. Does anyone have any ideas?
