How can you follow Hadith and Quran?

Although I am not a Muslim and I do not now much about Islam, I can tell you that many religions have been corrupted by people for their own benefit or because of their own ideas. The only way to know which is correct is to read what was written by Muhammad and anything that contradicts it is most likely a fabrication.
