Stuck in between my first love, and my boyfriend..?

Alright, here is the story. I dated this guy Kyle for 20 months. When we broke up, it was the hardest thing I had ever imagined going through. About 3 in a half months ago I started to date my best guy friend Connor, weird right? Well, about two weeks ago I was at target with my 2 best friends and ran into Kyle, ( were still really good friends ) and he told me he was bored and going to his friends later and we had nothing to do so we went out there with him, and we all played twister for a hour and left but when we hugged goodbye it felt like we were still together and we both just didn't want to let go. My boyfriend was out getting high, a normal thing for him. Well the past two weeks Kyle has been trying to prove to me that he still loves me and cares for me and wants me back and of course I still feel strong for him but I care a lot about my boyfriend and don't want to lose it all with him. Kyle knew my favorite song was "the other side of the door" so about a week ago he threw pebbles at my window and yelled he was in love with me which is quotes in the song which I thought was cute. But Connor and I started arguing because things seemed to be changing, which I think involved Kyle a lot and my feelings but we got in a small argument and he broke up with me shut his phone off and just pretty much left me there to cry and not talk about it, the next day at school he acted like nothing happened and talked to me and we got back together but Kyle is still insisting of being with me he said he'll do anything to prove to me that he wants me.. Connor is a good boyfriend most days, I mean he smokes a lot of weed which doesn't bother me.. to much. I don't smoke but to each his own. He mentions a lot, which I'm a virgin and he isn't.. it tends to bother me but I figure its just a guy being a guy, right? Well, we are going to his friend's valentines party after I get off work at 9, and he said "you realize I will be really really high so if I ignore you don't take it to heart" then later said "you better dance with me, I don't wanna end up dancing on another girl and you get pissy" ... it kind of sounded bogus to me.. Kyle broke my heart before, I'm scared he'd do it, but then I think, what if we could work out and I never find out cause I'm to scared to take a risk. But what if I risk it all and lose Connor.. I don't know what to do, so can anyone please just help me a bit, or give me advice :(

Hi, my name is Nick, and I'm 5'10 and 138 pounds. I plan on starting to workout now. I am skinny, with a small stomach, and want 6 pack abs, and decent biceps, triceps, tzius and shoulders as well. My plan is as follows. Every day I plan on running on my treadmill for 20-30 minutes, then take a short break to regain my breath, then I plan on jumping rope. That is my daily plan for cardiovascular training, to lose fat, as I learned through research that everyone has abs, just that they are covered by a little bit of fat, as you need to get your fat percentage to about 5-7% for your natural abs to show. As for my workout plan, day 1 goes to abs (crunches and other exercises lasting 10 minutes or so) and chest (knuckle push-ups and dumbbell presses laying down and dumbbell fly's (10 minutes as well.) The next day, I plan on exercising the biceps, triceps and forearms, in a variety of different ways like dumbbell curls, hammer curls, dumbbell twists, (forearms) and more. Finally, once per week I plan on working my shoulders and tzius muscles, with different exercises. The question is, is this a good plan? How can it be improved? Am I overworking (for a beginner, but I am athletic)? Can I or how long will it take for me to see my 6 pack abs? And any other exercise recommendations using dumbbell only would be an added bonus (for me, not necessary.) Thank you for your time, and please leave detailed answers. Why cant i let my blaster go?

my brother gave me the best gift ever when he moved to florida he left me his yamaha blaster, its top end was blown and a million other things were wronge with it.. basicaly everything. i took every part of it off and rebuilt it plus a couple minor mods. like painting different parts and i put a new pipe and silencer on it and an oil block off kit and so on.. idk i seem to have a problem with it once ever 2 weeks... now that im down to the last stretch of it being restored (new plastics and such) well anyway i finaly got it going nice and the last thing i need to do is put new brake pads on it. anyway after all this was complete my plan was to buy something newer bigger nicer and so on. And likewise, good works without faith is dead. If both faith and good works are equally dead on their own, but faith is needed to get to heaven and good works are the sign of true faith, then doesn't that necessarily mean that in the context of salvation the two go hand-in-hand? So why in the world did Luther separate them, or at the very least, why the emphasis of one far above the other?

Actually had you're intentions been better, the act of not eating could be seen as a cleansing mechanism, lots of people fast for CLEANSING. and don't gain weight back, problem is you jumped into foods to fast,you should have started eating light. fruits at first, then gradually built up you're meal. As to you're question, I don't believe in metabolism. As food was scarce century's ago, people would go eating maybe twice a day, once a day, or days in between. Now, with all the chemicals, preservatives, ect., in food , it's ruined what was a great "eat to live" concept and turned it into "live to eat". and "Nutritionists/Scientist" try to throw a metabolism spin on it, which is total bullcrap. My opinion, exercise more. An hour walkis decent, but if you're having trouble losing weight, cardio cardio cardio. also, realize how much are you eating? maybe youre eating more than you think . Green Tea is decent next to water. Water is best though , i don't look at Tea as being that much of a difference. I hate playing my musical instrument?

I have been playing for 7 years now. It started off because I was little and bored; just a hobby. My grandparents are huge clical music fans so they think what I am doing is just so good. However now I have ped grade 8 and doing my Amus. I really don't want to do it though. The past year or so I have been losing my motivation to do it. It has been getting worse and right now I really hate it. I am on a music scholarship at my school, and cant go if I don't have the discount so I am forced into the music programs. I am missing out on eating every day because I have music lessons at lunch, and I am getting behind on my homework because I have music after school. I am really pionate about some subjects at school and want to follow that career pathway, but I keep missing cles. I am nagged to do my practice all the time when every note I play makes me more miserable. ITs concert after concert, I feel like a performing slave. Everyone calls me the 'viola girl' and it is really bad for my self esteem because it makes me feel like I can't be good at the things I love. If I quit I will be letting so many people down because music has become my life and involved everyone in it. But I feel so trapped sometimes I want to kill myself. I tried talking to my grandparents about it but they just say that I will grow up with it and it will be there my whole life; one day I will enjoy it alot. That just made me so depressed. I really want to smash my instrument. I love my school and my friends. It suits my learning style, and Im not good with change so switching would be a bad idea. Music wont affect my career choices at all if I chose to do what I want to do. However everyone thinks I'm going to be the next Beethoven or something. I don't even like clical music! Just can't take it anymore, I have another concert on Tuesday, but if I practice again I think I will have a breakdown. Ive been so distressed about it. Someone help me I don't want to be doomed to it for the rest of my life. I'm scared my grandparents are going to punish me or put me off my pion. They are going to take my iPod soon because I listen to what they call 'rubbish music' and they think its a bad influence on me. I am not just good at music. Cat meowing like in pain when picked up?

My cat is 6 months old and was spayed 2 weeks ago. The incision looks fine and is healing well. She yowls like she is in pain or angry whenever we pick her up and bites nearly every time we touch her. So I have 2 questions the first one is I went to buy Uggs from Lord and Taylor. And I asked the lady if I could try on a size 6 in kids. How to react to a frightened dog?

Personally, I would just help her get to a safe place, whatever the situation. A fearful dog can react very out of character and can be a danger to you and to herself, so I would not try to make her sit or force her to perform some behavior that just exacerbates her fear. As you said, she can't focus anyway. Just allow her to get to a more comfortable area so she can feel better. I disagree that you should not comfort a scared animal. I rescued an elderly golden that had been left in a national forest (she was taken there to die as she could not have gotten there on her own). She was terrified of thunderstorms, for obvious reasons. She found great comfort under my bed, my desk, or under my feet or next to me. I would never have ignored her while she was suffering so. I always made sure she had a "safe place" to be should the weather change while I was not with her. You just have to help your dog the best you can, and by all means, comfort her in an appropriate manner. If it is a behavioral matter, that is different and can be addressed with training. But being fearful of something in your surroundings that you are helpless to escape would be very stressful. Hopefully, it will not happen again, whatever it was.

How do I know if I have a DRY SOCKET, after my tooth is pulled?

You are certainly in the window to have developed a dry socket. The pain with that is located in the bone of the jaw beneath where the extraction happened, as that is the source of the problem. The socket in question is actually the tooth size hole in the jawbone that the tooth used to occupy. Extraction leaves a gaping hole, which the bone blocks off with a blood clot. Lose the clot, the bone dehydrates- the "dry" part of the dry socket. You did not mention the types of medications you take, but it's highly possible you have either a drug interaction or are simply taking way too much. Back down on the pain meds, Sparky. Take one or the other, not both- until you clear it with your dentist. Call the dentist to be seen ASAP. Meantime, make yourself a nice hot cup of regular tea. Nice and strong, and squeeze the bad until it runs nearly clear. Put the teabag on the spot that hurts, and chomp down lightly. Drink the tea, and let it pool in the cheek pockets- the tannic acid in the bag and tea, plus the heat will give you some relief until you can be seen and treated. And don't take more of those two medications- just pick one. That should keep you from seeing blue headed goat people, or any other strange things. And call the dentist- a little specialized packing job ought to see you done just right.

I recommend adding a packet of Lipton's beefy onion soup with 1 - 2 cups of water, just enough water where the top is slightly exposed and also add about 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. You can cook it for 6-8 hours. Depending on the settings of your crock pot.

How can I get him to appreciate me more?

Is there any safe way to deter tailgaters?

I am a young woman who drives a 40-minute commute to college in New England, at 7 AM and 2 PM. These back roads should really be one-way, they are so small, and there are many tight corners and twists. The posted speed limit varies from 30-45, and the speed is appropriate; the most dangerous sections have the lowest speed limits. I generally go the posted speed limit or 5-7 over on the safer parts. Usually every day I have some jerk who tailgates me so closely I can't see most of their hood in my mirror. Sometimes they blow past me on double yellow lines at 55-60 mph on the 30 mph section. A lot of people recommend teasing with your break lights, or using your hazards, but I'm afraid of being crashed into or (however unlikely) shot at. To those who would suggest pulling over to let them p; there is literally no room on these roads for me to do so. I maintain my speed when there is a tailgater behind me, but it makes me really nervous. Is there anything better I can do?

When i was young i use to go to church every sunday, it would always be the same routine hyms, blessings, donations, confessions, and then prayers. You need to tighten up the meter a little on some of these. If your sonnet needs to be in iambic pentameter (most sonnets are), then it needs quite a bit of work. The meter also seems pretty off on the limerick. The haiku, acrostic, and cinqain seem fine.

Hi Natalie. Sororities are social organizations made up of women. Fraternities are also social organization, but men only. Most of the mixed attitudes you'll here are from people who were not in them and don't know a lot about them. Sororities do a lot of community service both their own and they will participate in Fraternities community service. Each NPC (National Panhellenic Council) sorority has their own philanthropy that they raise money for each year. They also do a lot of social activities like themed parties, date parties and formal dances. They usually hold weekly meetings and do sisterhood events and retreats. Rush or Recruitment (what it is now referred to) usually takes place on most college campuses at the beginning of school usually August or September. There are some campuses where is is deferred and not done until after Christmas break typically in January. It is usually a set period of time any where from 1-2 weeks where PNM's (potential new members) have the opportunity to visit each Chapter on campus. I am a sopre in high school looking to major in M Communications and minor in journalism and I would like to go to DePaul and I can't find anywhere where it says what gpa and stuff ya need. So I have a 3.7 gpa on a 4.0 scale and I haven't taken SAT/ACT but I have taken PSAT and in critical reading I was in the top one percent in the state and in writing skills top three percent. Melted Chocolate problems?

I thought I would make chocolate covered strawberries for my sweetie. I checkout out a few recipes online. Using the double boiler method, my white chocolate melted fine but my regular chocolate wasn't the right consistency. I thought I read online that you could add creamer/half-n-half so I did that and it got worse. The chocolate got all thick. So I added a little vegetable oil and again it go thicker. What do I do?! Is there anything I can do now to make the chocolate workable.

Well we can't have that can we? So in goes NATO to try to make the point that this is not acceptable. The reason that Mubarak was left alone and to some extent Syria is that they didn't make the mistake of Gadaffi. Namely that he explicitly stated he was going to go after his rebels with all his western supplied military might. A red rag to a bull. ad and Mubarak at least made the pretence of offering reform first. This doesn't make them any better, particularly ad. And the UN resolutions condemning ad reflect that. But the idea that the Libyan rebels are getting help solely because Libya has oil is to me just a coincidence. Gadaffi was stupid and he is now paying the price. He's been indicted by the ICC as a result whereas the likes of Mubarak face prosecution in their own countries. I actually abhor what NATO is doing to Libya, because in the end there will just be a pile of rubble where Libya once stood. And that is not good for the suffering population of Libya whichever side they are on. That is the futility of air strikes. You go in, bomb like mad and then expect whoever takes over to somehow pick up the pieces. Its blunt, it's brutal, but people like Gadaffi bring it on themselves at the end of the day.

Is it legal to accept additional rent over the HUD payment standard for a Section 8 tenant?

I have an upscale condo for rent in a very nice area and have an interested applicant on the Section 8 program. The prospective tenant is retired, has good references, and seems like a good prospect, but the area housing authority's payment standard for a condo of that size is $300 below what I'm asking for rent. The prospective tenant and his adult children (not living with him) have offered to pay the difference each month out of pocket (and presumably "under the table"). I have no doubt they can afford to do so, and they said they've been doing this for many years at his current residence. Sounds to me like an abuse of the system, and I question the legality of accepting under the table payments on top of the set rent agreed to by the area housing authority. As a landlord, I think this seems risky. I'm waiting to hear back from the local housing authority for the official word. Anyone have advice on this?

I ovulated March 22-24. Have been experiencing symptoms for the past few days. (real sore bbs, cramps, dizzy spells, nausea, extreme fatigue, major mood swings.) But they could all just be PMS. But last night I noticed blue veins all over my bbs. That doesn't happen to me before af. Then this morning as I was getting dressed I noticed that I have veins on my thighs, hips and also down my arm. Not sure what to make of it. Husband and I have been ttc for a year and nine months and would love for this to be our month. But with so much disappointments in the past we don't get our hopes high without seeing a BFP. Could these veins be a sign of pregnancy? I really do not want to get my hopes up but I am extremely curious. Thanks and sticky baby dust to all who are ttc!

It's obvious that you either have a large vocabulary or a thesaurus nearby, if the goal was to be cryptic then I have no critique. However, if you have a message, sometimes you need to not be so dazzling with your synonyms and just paint a picture that the reader can understand. I'm not saying to dumb it down, just maybe be more strategic. If that had been a song it would've been a wall of sound, as in just unceasingly and monotonously large. You could've let me move along through the poem a little bit rather than having stop and decode every single line. Is it ok to just let a puppy scratch in his crate?

Ok before anyone starts giving me the knee-jerk advice: YES he gets exercise 2-3x a day. He also has been given praise and treats while in the crate. He has never been in there for more than a few hours either. This is a 5 month old male Maltese by the way. So anyway my question is: is it OK like at 5am when I'm at my wits end to just let him scratch, bite the wires, bark and in general FREAK out? wont hel eventually learn it gets him nowhere if I don't say anything, look at him or let him out? He seems to have quieted down and even stopped the hyperventilated breathing... but it's like I can't tie him up ever anywhere either or he barks his head off. I'm moving to LA soon...whenever I tell people I'm moving there, they all tell me to be really careful and watch my back at all times. Could it be implantation bleeding and when should I test?

I am on birth control, but it is our only kind of protection. I started my period on Friday of last week. I finished on Monday and my fiance and I had . After we finished, I noticed some slight bleeding. I just umed it was because I was still coming off my period. It stopped a few hours later. Tuesday night, we had again. Again there was spotting. I've just moved to a new town and not encountered roundabouts like this before. I'm pretty sure you do have to but my mum disagreed. I'm a very experienced learner so I don't really want to have to pay an instructor for an hour just to find out about signalling at roundabouts. Because of this I am tempted to send the papers for a remark considering some of my results I am convinced have been over-critically and poorly marked and an increase of only a few marks will give me the grades I require.
